Guest Guidelines & Policies
- Up to four people can stay.
- Check-in is after 15:00 p.m. and check-out is before 11:00 a.m.
- If necessary, you can request a change in check-in time and check-out time and will be adjusted after approval.
- Early check-in or rate check-out requests can be made once.
- You can enter freely through self-check-in, and we will inform you how to check-in through a notice.
- The announcement message is sent after the accommodation is ready on the same day.
- If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us through LINCO's contact channel and site channel Talk.
- It's a non-smoking building. If you smoke, please do it outside the building.
- It's an apartment house, so please show your manners to prevent excessive noise after 10 p.m.
- Please use the slippers prepared only in the accommodation.
- Check-out is 11 a.m. Please check-out on time as the cleaning staff may open the door arbitrarily after check-out time.
- When you check out, please sort out the used garbage and discharge it to the discharge area. (The discharge area is on the left side from the entrance of the building.)
- If the guest cancels the reservation five days before check-in, he or she will receive a full refund.
- If the guest cancels thereafter, the guest will receive a refund after deducting the accommodation fee for the number of days he has already stayed, plus 50% for the remaining number of nights.
