The accommodation is available for up to 2 guests.

Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM.

If needed, you may request changes to the check-in or check-out time; adjustments will be made upon approval.

Early check-in or late check-out can be requested once per stay.

Self check-in is available, and detailed instructions will be provided via a message.

The check-in instructions are sent once the accommodation is ready on the day of arrival.

This is a non-smoking building. Guests who smoke are kindly asked to do so outside the building.

As this is a shared residential building, please be mindful of noise after 10:00 PM.

Slippers provided are for use inside the accommodation only.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM. After this time, cleaning staff may enter the room to prepare for the next guest, so please respect the check-out time.

Upon check-out, please sort your trash and dispose of it at the designated collection point. (The collection point is located to the left as you exit the building entrance.)

Guests who cancel their reservation at least 5 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund.

If a guest cancels after this period, the refund will be calculated by deducting the cost of the nights already stayed and 50% of the remaining nights’ accommodation fee.
