Guest Guidelines & Policies
- The accommodation is available for up to 2 guests.
- Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM.
- If needed, you may request a change to the check-in or check-out time, which will be adjusted upon approval. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested once per stay.
- Self check-in is available, allowing you to enter the accommodation freely. Detailed check-in instructions will be provided via a guide message.
- The guide message is sent once the accommodation is ready on the day of your arrival.
- If you have any questions, feel free to contact us through LIINCO’s communication channels or the site’s chat service.
- This is a non-smoking building. Guests who smoke are kindly asked to do so outside the building.
- As this is a shared residence, please be mindful of noise after 10:00 PM to avoid disturbing others.
- The slippers provided are for indoor use only.
- Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please adhere to the check-out time, as cleaning staff may open the door after the designated time.
- Before leaving, please separate and dispose of any trash in the designated disposal area. (The disposal area is located to the right after exiting the building entrance.)
- Guests who cancel their reservation at least 5 days before check-in will receive a full refund.
- For cancellations made after this period, guests will be refunded the remaining balance after deducting the accommodation fee for the nights already stayed and 50% of the accommodation fee for the remaining nights.
